I will check in with my coach tomorrow at 8:45am…this will be my first official weight in and meeting with them! It will be dedicated to talking about how it went…not how it will go and reviewing my body scan! I can’t tell if I am up or down. Today seemed a bit easier but I think it is because I am getting ok with being hungry…and really starving at times. I am also pretty tired by the end of the day…I just feel zapped. I am back at home and the only food options in my day are what is in my home. I am having a hard time sticking to a dining regimen however. This morning I was out of the house by 10am after having my cereal but then I did not eat lunch or even my snack until 1:30pm. That’s only 4 hours but by the time I made lunch I was STARVING. I am also noticing that meals are just not filling me up but I have no desire to keep eating more salad or greens or anything really. My dinner tonight was wonderful and super tasty- but I have finished it and I still feel hungry. I could make a salad but that just sounds so BLAH. So this will be the main topic of conversation tomorrow with my coach! It feels like this week has dragged on but then it feels like it has flown by. It has been a week of contradictions…I think that is the best way I can describe it. I hope tomorrow will provide some proof that I am doing the right thing and doing it right!
Soup de Jour:
Breakfast @ 9:30 am: Coco cereal with almond milk.
Snack: Skipped because I was on the road.
Lunch @ 1:30pm: Cream of Chicken soup, 4 oz chicken breast, 1/2 meal replacement shake.
Snack: Skipped because I was back on the road…
Dinner @ 8pm: 8 oz Stir-fried chicken with green and red bell peppers, fruit drink.
Dessert @ 9pm: Crispy Chocolate bar
